One example, diabetics are forbidden to consume warm ricel.
Warm rice is an enemy for people with diabetes, because the level of sugar in warm rice is higher than sugar. usually diabetics are prohibited from consuming it, but to minimize all that can be overcome by:

1. cool the rice

chill the temperature in the rice first wait until it is completely cold

2. Mix white rice with 20% brown rice.

By mixing white rice with brown rice then you have reduced at least 40% sugar levels in white rice.
